At Time & Tide Coffee we believe in providing a better coffee experience for everyone. Better coffee for everyone is all about de-stigmatizing the specialty coffee experience – through conversations, classes, and, of course, really tasty coffee.
We are passionate about sourcing the best green coffee, from farmers and exporters with whom we have deep relationships, and roasting it to bring out the natural flavor profile of the bean.

Our single origin beans are carefully selected from some of our favorite coffee regions. Our blends – like our flagship The Commodore – are expertly crafted in order to bring the absolute best flavor to your cup. All whole bean coffee is available through our website and in our Biddeford cafe.

Pink Bag Club
The latest Pink Bag coffee is a triple washed coffee from Nyamasheke of Rwanda. From local bourbon varietals produced by smallholders around the Jarama Washing Station, this is a classic + bright Rwandan coffee. The flavor profile is sweet, clean, and zesty, with notes of orange, caramel, lemongrass, and black tea.
Try brewing it as a flat-bottom pour over with a slightly lower dose than you would normally brew, and a grind on the coarser side. Let us know if you find a formula that works better than others. We love to hear from you!
Each Pink Bag Series coffee is 8 ounces of a supremely special coffee, which comes to us in small lots. The Pink Bag coffees are available in limited quantities online and in our Biddeford, ME cafe. As a rule of thumb, new Pink Bag coffees drop toward the end of each month.

Signature Blends
In November of 2019, to celebrate our first year of business, we created Year One Anniversary Blend, combining coffees from two of our favorite producer countries – ones where we have spent time and have deep, long-standing relationships with our partners - Brazil and Guatemala.
With notes of cocoa and cherry and a creamy mouth feel, Year One presents a balanced, delicious cup whether you made as a pour over, in your drip coffee maker or as a French Press. It is a medium roast, allowing both the cherry notes in the Guatemala and the rich cocoa of the Brazil to really shine through.
Fun fact: It was on a rooftop in Antigua, Guatemala that the idea of Time & Tide Coffee was born.
