Pink Bag: Rwanda Gihombo Jarama

The latest Pink Bag coffee is a triple washed coffee from Nyamasheke of Rwanda. From local bourbon varietals produced by smallholders around the Jarama Washing Station, this is a classic + bright Rwandan coffee. The flavor profile is sweet, clean, and zesty, with notes of orange, caramel, lemongrass, and black tea.

Try brewing it as a flat-bottom pour over with a slightly lower dose than you would normally brew, and a grind on the coarser side. Let us know if you find a formula that works better than others. We love to hear from you!
