We are so excited to bring you this coffee from Rio Brilhante in the center of Brazil. We were lucky to spend a few days here in October of 2022 with our friends from Los Volcanes, cupping coffee, walking the fields, and learning about the production on this farm, where 1600 hectares are dedicated to coffee production.
The notes on this medium roast are fruit punch, caramel, and chocolate.
